Southampton Cycling Campaign are joining the carnival! The more decorated bikes, the better. Theme: 'Pirates of the River Itchen'. Maximum float width is 1.15 metres, in order to be able to squeeze through the modal filter on North Road. See http://www.stdenyscarnival.co.uk Times tbc
