Earth Day - Spring Climate Gathering - all welcome

At Aldermoor Community Farm for the first time! The farm is open on Wednesdays & Saturdays, so you can arrive as early as you wish.
Join us for Southampton's quarterly Climate Gathering. Drop-in any time between 5-7pm, and around 5.45pm every group will do a brief introduction.
Our gathering is for people who want to make a difference. The event is open to all individuals and groups around Southampton who are involved or want to be involved in working towards a greener, better Southampton and a better future for our beautiful planet.
It’s an opportunity to gather, meet and share: share our concerns, share our successes, and share our hopes and dreams for a better future. So many groups around the city all work so hard, with little time and space to simply be together, so we are creating a space and opening it up.
The cafe will be open for hot drinks & lovely cakes. The shop will be open with produce - so bring bags!
We’ll also have a few nibbles to share.
Farm tours will be at 5pm & 6.30pm & possibly other times too. The Emporium will also be open.
We will be outside (under shelters) so dress warmly if need to. Note: there is only one toilet, and it's a great compost toilet.
Bus no 17 goes past the farm from Weston & City Centre & Shirley - use the stop just uphill from the entrance. Buses are regular (& every 20 mins after 8pm). Or any bus to the General hospital will get you close.
Bikes - bring them in and past the buildings, then turn left & lock up.
