Full Day Festival on Southampton Common with stallholders, activities and workshops! This is the culmination and crowning event of Urban Wild week. Urban Wild is a week-long festival celebrating Southampton's green and blue spaces, nature, and the communities that make our city unique. As a city-wide festival, it raises awareness of the urban wild spaces right on our doorsteps, showing that there are plenty of opportunities to connect with nature in Southampton.

The festival will take place from Mon 26 May - Sun 1 June 2025 and aims to raise awareness of local environmental issues, strengthen community bonds, and inspire stewardship of our city’s array of natural spaces.

This festival emphasises nature as a part of Southampton’s urban fabric. Humans and other species can live alongside, connect, and support one another. With Southampton’s rich diversity of green and blue spaces, our city offers ample opportunities for these relationships to thrive, and this festival seeks to celebrate and showcase this.
