SoCAN: Southampton Climate Action Network

Come and join us for a free fun marshalled family ride around Southampton to raise awareness for Safe streets for kids. All ages welcome, but all participants must be able to cycle independently unless in cargo bike/trailer. We will meet at Guildhall Square and there will be music, sometimes bubbles! We have a social after the event, often at a park so the children can play.

Please marshal if you can. 

Timings:

1.15pm ride the route (any marshals welcome) 

1.45pm marshals briefing - essential

2pm meet time for all

2.15 briefing for all then photo then leave

Route: Guildhall Sq, across parks, underpass, Saints stadium, Home Zone, Boardwalk, Priory Rd, Janaway Gdns (grass by river).  Back the same way. Maybe to Riverside Park next time!
