An ERDF Showcase event to highlight real world solutions in the Solent region for real world problems.

Please do come along and join this session to hear about our Low Carbon Solent and EMphasis3 Co₂ Reductions’ vision, goals and achievements. The impact the Programmes have had on the SME members and the local environment. Hear success stories from those who have managed to reduce their operational carbon footprint, and successfully commercialise and launch their low carbon innovations to market.

During the event, you will have the chance to meet the Programme team, SME members, academics, investors, Stakeholders, business support organisations and local authorities. There will also be an opportunity to network with other attendees.

We will be hosting a number of live panels where you will have the opportunity to hear directly from members on what they have achieved through their engagement with the Programmes. Along with hearing from some of our exhibiting SMEs throughout the afternoon.

We will also be joined by our Keynote Speaker, The Rt Hon Chris Skidmore MP, the former Minister of State at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy who Chaired the government's independent review into the delivery of net zero climate commitments, with a focus on ensuring the UK’s fight against climate change maximises economic growth, while increasing energy security and affordability for consumers and businesses.

The event will end following Greentech South’s annual awards ceremony where we will be recognising a number of SME Programme members who have gone above and beyond with their commitment to assisting the UK’s pledge of achieving Net Zero. All attendees are welcome to join us for this catered session where there will also be an opportunity to purchase drinks from the bar and continue networking with other guests.
