SoCAN: Southampton Climate Action Network

We’re inviting you to a community talk about the climate crisis and what we can do about it. Bors Hulesch, a climate scientist, sociologist, and dad-of-three from Eastleigh, will lead the discussion at the Friends Meeting House in Ordnance Road, Southampton, at 6.30pm on Thursday March 16th. The event is also a chance to find out about The Big One, a peaceful campaign uniting climate, nature, and social justice groups to bring 100,000 people together on the streets around Parliament in London this April. The campaign calls on the Government to stop funding fossil fuels, and instead support ordinary people to decide on a fair and sustainable transition to green energy.
